In our quest to serve families throughout The Triangle, helping them buy or sell a home isn’t the ONLY thing we at Fonville Morisey do for our clients. Fonville Morisey is committed to assisting local area nonprofits that specifically help families within Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary and surrounding communities. Whether it be through Breast Cancer awareness & fundraising through our participation in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure every year or helping to fight hunger as a Social Media Ambassador for The Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina or the countless charitable organizations each of our sales and satellite offices associate with, Fonville Morisey takes great pride in serving the families in our communities. This month, is no different.

Beginning Monday, August 12th – Friday, August 16th, two of our Fonville Morisey offices are serving as drop-off points for the Fresh Start Used Clothing Drive hosted by The REALTOR® Foundation of the Triangle. Fonville Morisey Preston in Cary and Main Street Associates – Fonville Morisey in Fuquay-Varina will be open to receive collections for this worthy cause.

The Fresh Start Used Clothing Drive is the first of its kind for The REALTOR® Foundation of the Triangle. The collection of new or gently used clothing (amongst other items) will benefit InterAct of Wake County Thrift Stores – Pass It On in Fuquay-Varina and Pass It On Too in Raleigh.

“InterAct is a private, non-profit, United Way agency that provides safety, support, and awareness to victims and survivors of domestic violence and rape/sexual assault.  One way that InterAct does this is through sales in their two thrift shops in Fuquay-Varina and Raleigh.” (REALTOR Foundation of the Triangle)

Remember, the Drive runs August 12th-16th. The REALTOR® Foundation of the Triangle hopes to see their first Drive of this kind be a HUGE success. We hope to many of our clients and community members as well as Fonville Morisey family do what they can to give to this very worthy cause too.

Let’s work together to give these families a “Fresh Start”!
